HOW IT WORKS
When greeted by your server or bartender, kindly ask for the select beverage, with your Passport and ID in hand.
Your barkeep will stamp your Passport upon service. Each deal is good only once, and the Passport may not be combined with any other offers i.e. Happy Hour. Please note, your group is welcome to use multiple Passports at once.
Bar rules apply. If you’ve had too many, forgot your ID, or the bar is at capacity, the establishment can ask you to come back another time.
Don’t burn your bartender. While you’re paying for one drink, your bartender is making two, so tip ($) accordingly.

Do I need the Passport with me to receive the drink special?
Yes. Because this program is analog (stamps and books vs an app or digital member list), you'll need your book to prove you're valid!
Can I share my Passport with a friend?
Can I receive 2-for-1 on something other than what is listed?
That’s up to the establishment. Sometimes they're trying to showcase a specific type of drink, so please be understanding of whatever they determine.

What happens if I wash my Passport or it is lost or stolen?
If you’re Passport went for a swim or was lost/stolen please reach out to Hello@thepassportprogram.com. we will do what we can help with a replacement, but we recommend treating your Passport like cash.
I’d like to purchase a Passport as a gift, is that okay?
Hell yeah! Our Passports are not personalized so go ahead and place an order as you would for yourself. Please encourage the recipient to head to pssprt.me to have exclusive perks, content, and party invites sent straight to their inbox.

*Depending on the season, there may also be restrictions on certain holidays (New Year’s, Valentine's Day, etc.), so make sure to check your Passport before heading out!
How Can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email Hello@thepassportprogram.com. If your order has not been processed we can update your mailing address. If it's too late, we will refund the order with the incorrect address and have you place a new order with the correct address.
When will my order ship?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 11 AM MST are processed the next business day). From there, our carrier takes over. You’ll get a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
My Passport hasn’t arrived or I’m having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, our carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can at Hello@thepassportprogram.com. We can give you the inside scoop and get a Passport in hand promptly.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one you were expecting, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so can help get you the product you really want.
What is your return policy?
We will accept unstamped Passports within 30 days of your purchase. We ask that you please mail back your unwanted Passport to the address below. Please make sure to include the order number and email used to make the purchase. Once received we will issue a refund for the total amount of the product. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once received, a member of our team will issue a refund. You will receive an email confirmation of this instantly, however, it will take 5-8 business days before the money is back in your account (depending on your cc company).
